The Office of Career and Professional Development provides many resources for career guidance to students and postdocs. The office provides counseling, career opportunities, connection to employers, articles and blogs, events, and much more.
Entrepreneurship
Alumni of the Graduate Group in Biophysics have gone on to leadership positions in academia, industry, and government. A number of our alumni have also founded companies, in some cases related to their PhD research. A few of these companies are listed here. UCSF supports entrepreneurship through the Center for BioEntrepreneurship.
