Preparing scientists to reveal the intricacies of living systems through the application of physics and chemistry

The Biophysics Graduate Program (BP) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) prepares scientists to leverage new and emerging research tools—from nanotechnology to nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy—to quantify biological processes in living biological systems using physics and chemistry. The program is set in an atmosphere of intense research collaboration and within a university known for its research accomplishments and interdisciplinary approach to discovery and education.

The application for admission to the class starting Fall 2020 opens September 1, 2019.

Deadline: Monday, December 2, 2019

Apply through the Molecular Cellular and Computational Biophysics application.
